Meet Our Caring Veterinary Staff

Our Veterinarian

Dr. Marilyn Nowicki grew up on a farm in a small town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This is where she learned her immense love for animals. Dr. Nowicki received her doctorate degree from Michigan State University in 1976 and soon after established Four Paws Animal Hospital. Dr. Nowicki enjoys spending time at home with her new Mi-Ki puppy named Tully and her 4 cats, Zen, Ty, Bliss and Tua. 

Meet Our Team

Staci 

Staci was born and raised in a small town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and moved to south Florida after graduating from college. She initially pursued a career in Physical Therapy, where she worked at North Broward Hospital for 6 years. She has been the practice manager at Four Paws since 2016. In her free time, Staci enjoys spending time with her fur babies, Kehlani Kai the Pomeranian and her 4 cats, Sebastian, Cori, Fleck and Maui Moo. 

Peaches 

Peaches was born and raised in South Florida. She has been working with Dr. Nowicki for 28 years, starting in the kennel and working her way up to vet assistant. Peaches resides in Davie with her husband Randy, their chihuahua Maddi, and 3 cats, Frankie, Lenny, and Lincoln. 

Zachi

Zachi was born and raised in South Florida and has been with Dr. Nowicki for over 15 years. She is the lead receptionist who has also taken on the title of inventory manager. When not working, her son Matthew keeps her busy with soccer. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Renee, daughter Jenny and son Matthew. 

Diana 

Diana “Di” was born and raised in South Florida and has been with the Four Paws family for 9 years. Di is a certified vet tech and works closely with Dr. Nowicki when treating patients. She enjoys spending her free time at home with her boxer named Finley, chihuahua named Lulu, 7 cats, one rabbit named Clover and her tortoise named Norm. 

Amy 

Amy was born in New York and raised in South Florida. She joined the Four Paws family in 2015, left in 2020 while pregnant and then re-joined our family in 2022. She works in the kennel and assists Dr. Nowicki in the rooms and treatment area. She spends much of her free time with her son Aaron, her husband Logan, and their two cats, Crimson and Finn. 

Robert 

Robert is the newest member of Four Paws. He was born in Georgia and moved to south Florida in 2019. He works in the kennel and aspires of becoming a vet tech. He resides in Davie with his cousin, a dog named Vinnie, a cat named Me-Mow, and a turtle.
